Role Overview
- Support payroll transition activities for assigned countries
- Support payroll implementation projects through testing and data validation
- Ensure transition deliverables and process controls are complete and accurate
- Identify process gaps during post-acquisition integration and drive standardizations
- Act as a primary partner to ABB Robotics local teams for cross-functional projects
Requirements
- 5-8 years of hands-on payroll experience supporting respective regions
- Proven track record in a Shared Services (SSC) environment using a Global Vendor/Outsourced model
- Strong proficiency in Workday (HCM/Time and system integrations)
- Advanced ability to reconcile complex datasets and perform deep-dive audits on gross-to-net calculations
- Resilience in the face of change and a consultative approach to vendor management
