Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role at a healthcare SaaS company, in healthcare consulting, or in a comparable role inside a complex healthcare provider organization.
Polished executive presence and exceptional verbal and written communication.
High comfort with ambiguity and strong flexibility.
A hard worker with a high pace.
Intrinsically motivated.
Strong project leadership instincts and the ability to lead matrixed teams (clinical, technical, operational) on both the client side and within Qventus with minimal supervision.
Ability to translate AI-driven product capabilities into meaningful clinical and operational impact for the client.
Excitement about the potential of AI to transform healthcare and a desire to be part of that change.
