Strategic partnering & coaching — building strong relationships with leaders, diagnosing needs quickly, and helping them make confident, people-first decisions.
Leadership support — coaching leaders through performance conversations, team dynamics, and complex situations with clarity and care.
Change leadership — supporting teams through organisational change, strengthening engagement and adoption while balancing compliance and practical realities.
Workforce planning & talent conversations — shaping workforce strategy, spotting capability gaps, supporting succession planning, and helping leaders elevate talent the right way.
Use data and trends to inform decisions around retention, reward, wellbeing, hiring strategy, and team effectiveness.
Guide leaders through sensitive cases with integrity, consistency, and a strong understanding of local requirements.
Requirements
Substantial experience in a strategic People Operations / HR Business Partnering role, ideally within a fast-paced, scaling organisation.
Desirable: understanding of Dutch employment law and Dutch language skills (amazing to have, not essential).
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, coach leaders, and drive outcomes through trust-based partnering.
Confidence supporting new and developing managers — helping them build capability and step into stronger leadership habits.
Considerable experience in change management, workforce planning, organisational effectiveness, and talent development.
Strong grounding in employee relations and people risk — able to navigate complex issues with fairness, clarity, and good judgement.
Comfort using people data and insights to guide decisions and shape priorities.
A collaborative mindset — someone who builds bridges across teams and shares best practice across regions.
