Lead, coach, develop, and mentor a team of recruiters and recruiting support staff.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance discussions.
Oversee daily recruiting operations and workflow management for assigned functional area.
Monitor recruiter workload, requisition assignment, candidate pipelines, and productivity metrics.
Manage a portfolio of high-priority, complex, hard-to-fill, executive, technical, or strategic searches.
Source, screen, assess, interview, and recommend qualified candidates for consideration.
Develop and present recruiting updates and dashboards to leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Five or more years of progressive Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or related experience.
Two or more years of leadership, mentoring, team lead, or supervisory experience.
Experience leading complex full lifecycle recruitment efforts.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive hiring decisions through consultation and data.
