Role Overview
- Support Family Practice team across multiple clinics
- Focus on in-basket management and direct patient care tasks
- Provide clinical support for providers and care teams in ambulatory settings
- Work Monday through Friday, no holidays or weekends

Requirements
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in appropriate state (Minnesota or Wisconsin) or current registration/certification as a Medical Assistant
- Verifiable completion of a Medical Assistant Program with certification within one year of hire (must pass cert within 2 attempts)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certified or able to obtain within 3 months
- Experience in patient communication and clinical support
