Oversee compliance monitoring, quality assurance and data protection activities

Strong experience of system administration or configuration, preferably in procurement or supplier management systems
SAP knowledge (vendor master module and integration concepts)
Experience of project delivery in a functional or technical role
Technically curious and resilient
able to work through a problem involving multiple interconnected systems
Ability to write and run SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting
Experience working with low-code/no-code platforms
ability to configure workflows, design forms, and build automation using platform-native tools without traditional coding
Understanding of user interface and user experience design principles to support portal form design and enhance supplier/end-user experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
Strong collaboration skills, proactively sharing observations and improvement areas, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, can-do attitude
Curiosity and energy to continually learn new procurement technologies
Familiar with API integration concepts and SaaS platform administration
