You manage your own smaller accounts and act as their primary point of contact for SEA, supported by more experienced colleagues
You plan, run and optimize campaigns, primarily within the Google Ads ecosystem
You analyze campaign data (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, Looker Studio) and derive actions ranging from bidding strategies to asset optimization
You write ad copy, research keywords and audiences, create assets and work on structured account setups
You use AI in everyday work, for example for ad copy, research or initial hypothesis generation
You work closely with SEO/GEO, tracking, social and project management

Initial practical experience in SEA, for example as a working student or with 1 to 3 years of professional experience
Willingness to take responsibility for your own (smaller) accounts from day one, including direct client contact
Comfortable with numbers and statistics as well as confident copywriting for ads
Interest in how paid search is changing through AI and automation
Ability to learn independently and actively seek feedback
Structured working style and reliability
German language skills at C1 level
