You manage your own clients and serve as their main point of contact.
You prioritize topics together with them and continuously develop the collaboration.
You think about SEO and GEO together: classic search, generative answer systems (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity & Co.) and agentic search automation are interconnected systems that you advise on holistically.
You combine technical and content SEO with the requirements of LLMs and answer engines and derive concrete measures from this.
You analyze data, develop hypotheses, run tests, and guide strategic decisions based on insights.
You support relaunches and work closely with other disciplines.
You contribute to the department, for example on methods, standards, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
Initial practical experience in SEO, for example as a working student or with 1–3 years of professional experience
Interest in how search is changing due to AI
Ability to self-learn and actively seek feedback
Comfortable with client-facing interactions
Structured working style and reliability
German language skills at C1 level
