The Bikeleasing Group is one of Germany’s leading employer-benefit and mobility solutions groups.
You will take on a central role at the interface between Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, Tech and our CRM platform.
You will be responsible for our move to a group-wide HubSpot system as the commercial platform for Bikeleasing, Probonio and, prospectively, other group units — including a clean transition from the current Microsoft Dynamics environment.
You will own the end-to-end project management of the group-wide HubSpot migration — from scope and timeline to budget and release cycles.
As the central interface between Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Product, Tech, Controlling and BI, you will translate requirements, align stakeholders and establish a common language around leads, deals and pipelines.
You will own our HubSpot platform — including data quality, process consistency and ongoing development across all brands.
Ensuring a clean interplay with the existing Dynamics environment during the transition phase will be your responsibility.
You will harmonize leads, contacts, companies, deals and pipelines across brands with clear governance, while driving lead nurturing, deal-stage automations and lifecycle campaigns across the entire funnel.
You will develop a holistic KPI, funnel and reporting framework at organization, team and individual levels, and ensure marketing and sales automations are effective.
You will expand the roadmap and rollout to additional group units, and build training and adoption-tracking for the Sales and Marketing teams.
Requirements
Several years of experience in a senior role at the intersection of Sales/Marketing Operations and CRM — e.g., as a CRM Manager, Revenue Operations Lead or Head of Marketing/Sales Operations
Experience having implemented, migrated or substantially developed a HubSpot instance with multiple entities in a responsible role — ideally in a growing B2B organization
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects — including management of external agencies or implementation partners
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills — you moderate between Marketing, Sales, Ops and Tech and drive decisions to completion
A solid understanding of data models and automation logic, enabling you to work with agencies and tech teams on equal terms
Deep knowledge of B2B sales and marketing processes — from lead management and funnel logic to pipeline control and lifecycle campaigns — and the ability to make sales performance visible and manageable via KPIs and data
Leadership experience with functional or disciplinary responsibility: you develop people, set clear goals and lead via KPIs — you work in a structured, decisive, hands-on way and build governance without becoming overly process-obsessed
Business-fluent German and English (both at C1 level) complete your profile.
