Independently identify growth opportunities within the Commercial Team Switzerland (10 direct reports), comprising the streams Idea2Launch (Marketing), Source2Cash (Supply Chain) and Plan2Success (Sales), and translate them into value-creating initiatives.
Based on the company strategy, be accountable for developing a successful commercial strategy in Switzerland, with a strong focus on consumers, customers and markets.
Prioritize and execute concrete solutions with your team, prepare decision proposals for the Executive Team and actively drive their implementation.
Establish an integrated end-to-end sourcing and planning process, and drive the further development and implementation of international projects across all streams.
Systematically analyze market, customer and sales data, translate insights into specific actions, and drive revenue, market share and profitability.
Continuously refine the sales strategy together with your team, expand key customer partnerships in a targeted way, and lead or directly support contract and pricing negotiations to secure profitable growth.
Requirements
Extensive FMCG experience with strong knowledge of the Swiss market environment.
Experience operating at Management Team level, balancing strategic priorities beyond the commercial function while actively managing day-to-day business challenges.
Proven ability to identify growth opportunities, challenge the status quo and push the business forward with an action-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurship.
Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams across functions and seniority levels, with the ability to manage complexity and varying team dynamics.
Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information, maintain momentum under pressure and consistently ensure follow-through.
Comfortable challenging assumptions and reallocating priorities to improve commercial performance.
Fluent in German and English.
