The Manager Deliver Operations Planning is accountable for leading and governing Deliver operations planning execution across a multi‑region network of distribution centers and transportation partners.
Lead global execution of Deliver Operations Planning activities within established planning frameworks and standards.
Ensure regional planning teams operate consistently and effectively within agreed planning guardrails.
Monitor planning performance and drive corrective actions where gaps exist.
Lead Deliver supply and capacity planning across owned and 3PL distribution centers and transportation partners.
Ensure accurate and timely visibility of capacity constraints, risks, and trade-offs across the Deliver network.
Support regional Deliver teams in executing capacity and labor plans aligned to business priorities.
Own Deliver Operations Planning inputs, analysis, and recommendations into IBP processes, including Supply Review and Management Business Review.
Execute Deliver planning scenarios and trade‑off analyses to support enterprise decision‑making.
Represent Deliver planning outcomes in IBP forums and leadership discussions.
Execute approved scenario planning related to allocation, mode mix, network risks, and launches.
Provide clear insights on operational and financial implications of Deliver planning scenarios.
Ensure compliance with global Deliver planning standards, controls, and governance expectations.
Monitor planning effectiveness through KPIs, indicators, and maturity assessments.
Escalate risks, gaps, and exceptions in line with governance and decision forums.
Proactively identify Deliver operational risks and vulnerabilities through planning execution.
Lead, coach, and develop Deliver Operations Planning teams and key planning contributors.
Partner closely with Regional Deliver Operations, E2E Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance.
Extensive experience in supply chain planning, operations planning, or deliver/network planning within a global environment
Demonstrated leadership in Planning and IBP integration
Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders in a matrix organization
Minimum of 6-8 years overall business experience is required, preferably focused on Planning/Deliver/Strategy and management of large programs.
Proven success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with constantly evolving priorities and tight timelines.
Validated ownership of IBP process and linkage to P&L/working capital
Demonstrated impact in increasingly complex leadership roles, including roles requiring orchestration and leadership by influence; E2E mentality and collaboration.
Strong understanding of core Order Fulfillment processes (Customer Service, Warehousing and Transportation)
