About this role
Role Overview
Execute detailed instructional designs based on approved solution direction
Develop, adapt, and curate learning content across multiple modalities
Work with the Lead Architect, Digital Experience Designer, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners to gather input and feedback
Apply established instructional design standards, templates, and quality expectations throughout the development process
Support learning measurement and continuous improvement by incorporating evaluation elements into designs
Support updates and revisions to existing learning products
Contribute to internal design operations by maintaining design documentation and other materials
Collaborate with external partners, vendors, or contractors as needed
Participate in team knowledge sharing, design reviews, and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
BA/BS Required; Advanced Degree Desirable
A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience is required
Agency, Consulting, and/or Life Sciences experience is preferred
Strong grounding in instructional design principles and adult learning practices
Demonstrated ability to translate high-level design direction into detailed learning assets
Ability to create knowledge checks, performance-based activities, practice opportunities, and reinforcement mechanisms
Ability to identify, assess, adapt, and integrate existing content and third-party resources into learning solutions
Ability to work from solution blueprints, business requirements, and design standards
Attention to detail and ability to apply templates, standards, and review feedback
Familiarity with learning assessment and evaluation concepts
Ability to work effectively with Learning Architects, subject matter experts, business partners, and peers
Proficiency with common learning design and development tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Openness to evolving tools, methods, and priorities
