Drive business development efforts through client acquisition, referral generation, relationship deepening, and pipeline management.
Develop market leaders and advisory teams by fostering accountability, succession planning, leadership development, and high-performance culture.
Build strong relationships with clients, referral partners, centers of influence, and bank partners to enhance market presence and growth opportunities.
Partner across Private Wealth, investment management, private banking, and fiduciary teams to deliver integrated client solutions and maximize relationship value.
Monitor key business performance indicators and implement strategies that improve growth, productivity, and client outcomes.
Ensure adherence to fiduciary responsibilities, regulatory requirements, and enterprise risk management standards across all markets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
12+ years of progressive leadership experience in trust, wealth management, private banking, fiduciary services, or related advisory businesses with responsibility for business development, leadership, and revenue growth.
12+ years of experience leading leaders within multi-team or multi-market environments and driving performance, accountability, and execution.
12+ years of experience translating business strategy into market execution and measurable growth outcomes.
12+ years of experience engaging sophisticated clients, referral partners, centers of influence, bank partners, and senior internal stakeholders in complex organizations.
Preferred Master’s degree, Juris Doctor, or other advanced degree in a related discipline.
Advanced degree in law, taxation, accounting, or financial planning.
Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation.
Certified Financial Planner designation.
