Senior Manager – Trade Product Development

Role Overview

• developing new and innovative programs and services from ideation to execution in collaboration with drug manufacturer partners
• supporting the development and execution of strategic and tactical solutions, enhancements, patient journey mapping, and segment analyses
• aligning internal stakeholders on progress and next steps
• focused on the flawless execution of new solutions

Requirements

• 7+ years of overall professional experience
• 5+ years experience with pharmaceutical manufacturer, OR payer experience
• 4+ years end to end product development experience
• 4+ years program management experience
• 2+ years experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot or similar)
• 2+ years’ experience with Power BI and Tableau dashboards to review and analyze data
• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's or Doctorate preferred
