Responsible in managing the overall flow of service materials worldwide to cater Teradyne Customers and ensure delivery targets are met.
Create, monitor, and follow up on replenishment activities between central and local stocking center locations.
Performs Demand Forecasting & Analysis using historical consumption, installed base insights, service trends, and input from regional teams.
Provide Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) report on delivery issues and other related issues.
Addresses customer inquiries through internal channels, and provides timely feedback & updates, and escalates, as necessary.
Identify potential shortages, excess inventory, and planning risks, and escalate issues with clear recommendations.
Collaborate with Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, SalesSupport, regional warehouse and other groups to improve spare parts fulfillment performance.
Drives continuous improvement initiatives and innovation projects on planning processes, reporting, and ways of working for global spare parts management.
Requirements
Degree in Industrial or Electronics Engineering, Statistics, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field is preferred.
Preferably with 2-3 years Material Planning experience.
Proficient in MS Office applications with the ability to perform data analysis work using MS Excel.
Knowledgeable in Power Tools (Power BI, Query etc) and AI tools (e.g. Copilot, etc) is a plus.
With high sense of urgency & can interface with the different levels of positions in the organization worldwide.
Able to effectively manage priorities, solve problems, and support cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
Willing to work on flexible schedules as the need arises.
