EMEA Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement Manager

Role Overview

• Lead and support logistics flows (receiving, storage, distribution, returns) as well as the Toulouse hub
• Contribute to defining SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and monitor associated KPIs
• Ensure consistency of logistic processes across all EMEA sites through regular on-site audits (Gemba walks)
• Identify risks, diagnose operational bottlenecks and co-develop action plans with local teams
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) and contribute to optimizing logistics organizations
• Ensure the performance of management tools and standards (SQCDP, 5S, visual management)
• Provide a clear view from the field and prioritize actions based on operational alerts

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in logistics or equivalent with at least 5 years' relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and their regulatory environment
• Experience in project management and continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen)
• Strong analytical, synthesis and on-the-ground problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with cross-functional communication and multi-site coordination
• Proficient with IT tools and Microsoft Office
• English level B2 required to operate in an international environment
