Provide support and drive the development of Operational Excellence processes for Localiza Meoo’s car subscription product, contributing to continuous operational improvement through data analysis, implementation of initiatives, and monitoring of metrics, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
Execute and improve operational processes, identifying opportunities and proposing adjustments based on data;
Conduct operational analyses to support day-to-day decision-making in the operation;
Monitor indicators and KPIs, ensuring critical interpretation of results and identification of deviations;
Support and lead small continuous improvement initiatives/projects with increasing autonomy;
Organize, monitor, and evolve operational workflows and routines;
Work collaboratively with partner areas to implement improvements and resolve issues;
Develop a critical perspective on data and processes, questioning inconsistencies and proposing enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (completed)
Intermediate to advanced Excel (data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables)
Knowledge of SQL and Power BI
Experience manipulating data to build a critical view of data and processes
Experience in process improvement and problem-solving
Analytical skills and logical reasoning
Ability to organize and execute tasks autonomously
Good communication and ability to interact with different teams/departments
Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility
