Title Research: Conduct research to identify encumbrances, liens, or issues affecting the title and gather documentation for resolution
Curative Work: Pursue releases, resolve title defects, and coordinate with title companies, clients, and other stakeholders to address title issues
Drafting Documents: Prepare legal documents, such as deeds, releases, and affidavits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, title companies, and other parties to obtain and verify necessary information and documentation
Administrative Support: Organize records, track progress on curative tasks, and ensure timely completion of title-related activities
May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals
May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in reviewing and preparing documents to support title processes
Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to identify and resolve title issues
Knowledge of Real Estate Transactions: Familiarity with title research, curative processes, and documentation
