Role Overview
- Have client contact and liaise with key stakeholders
- Lead on day-to-day account coordination including reviewing status reports
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Develop a competent understanding of clients’ strategic business interests
- Write and review letters, reports and policy briefings
- Provide timely monitoring of political events in parliament
- Grow and maintain a strong personal network of political stakeholders
- Assist with new business pitches and participate in proposal writing
Requirements
- Strong Public Affairs Account Manager with at least 2-3 years of political experience
- Highly organised and self-starter
- Established network of political contacts
- Experience working with corporate brands, political parties, public sector organisations or other charitable or professional bodies
- Strong writing skills in drafting and reviewing briefing papers, policy analysis and stakeholder insights
- Great interpersonal skills and team player
