Development of client-centric analytics capabilities across all Global Markets asset classes, creating a unified view of client activity, behavior, profitability and engagement
Implementation of advanced analytics models for sales and client management, including customer lifetime value (CLV), client profitability, propensity models, next-best-action recommendations, churn prediction and cross-sell opportunities
Design and deployment of client segmentation frameworks based on behavioral, commercial and transactional data
Development of business intelligence solutions, dashboards and management reporting to support commercial strategy, client coverage and business performance monitoring
Integration of analytics and AI models into CRM platforms such as Salesforce to enhance sales workflows, campaign management and relationship management processes
Deployment of agentic AI solutions and intelligent assistants to support sales teams, relationship managers and management functions
Identification and implementation of AI productivity and efficiency tools across Global Markets, including the adoption of technologies such as ChatGPT and other generative AI platforms
Collaboration with sales, trading, management, technology and data teams to identify business opportunities and translate them into scalable analytical and AI solutions
Day-to-day engagement with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, communicate analytical insights and drive adoption of data-driven decision making
Requirements
A Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Marketing Analytics, Data Science or a related quantitative discipline.
A PhD will be valued
7+ years of experience in advanced analytics, marketing analytics, customer analytics, data science or AI roles within financial services or a similarly data-intensive industry
Proven experience leading analytical initiatives focused on client behavior, commercial effectiveness and customer value optimization
Strong knowledge of customer analytics methodologies, including customer lifetime value, propensity modeling, segmentation, targeting, recommendation systems and campaign analytics
Strong business intelligence and data visualization capabilities, with experience delivering executive-level reporting and decision-support tools
Experience working with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, including the integration of analytics, AI models and workflow automation capabilities
Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks, AI copilots and intelligent workflow automation solutions within CRM or commercial environments
Strong programming skills in Python and practical experience with modern machine learning and AI frameworks
Practical knowledge of cloud and big data technologies, data engineering concepts and modern analytics architectures
Experience building Generative AI and agentic AI applications and deploying them in business environments
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate analytical concepts into business impact
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive change in a fast-paced environment
Good English level. Spanish is valuable but optional; we welcome international applications
