You support our patients throughout their entire journey – from the initial conversation and coordination with clinics to the follow-up after treatment.
You combine consulting, sales and service to create a first-class customer experience and find the right solution for each patient.
Requirements
Native-level German language skills.
Ability to communicate internally in English with ease.
Previous experience in sales or customer service – for example in hospitality, gastronomy, retail, a call centre, or a comparable environment.
You work in a structured, goal-oriented way and take responsibility for your results.
Communication is one of your strengths: you enjoy approaching people, love speaking on the phone, and can express yourself clearly, persuasively and with empathy.
Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus but not required.
