Deep-dive into business challenges, providing context and performing analyses on the current situations of entrepreneurs in your portfolio.
Cultivate high-level relationships with entrepreneurs and with national and global mentors, understanding their profiles to ensure accurate connections and decisive support for founders.
Collect metrics and indicators on the stage of supported companies; conduct analyses to deeply understand the business model and the entrepreneur's needs.
Monitor area KPIs and work on process improvements.
Support the execution of events for the entrepreneur community, contributing to our engagement strategy.
Study the technology and venture capital markets, especially high-growth companies (e.g., Zenvia, VTEX, Omie, Creditas, Pipefy, and many others).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed).
Experience in scale-ups, consulting (strategy or accounting), investment funds, and/or other accelerators/ecosystem organizations.
Minimum 2 years of professional work experience.
Advanced English (used for reading, preparing materials, and participating in meetings/events in English).
Availability for short domestic and international business travel.
