Role Overview
- Actively prospect new clients and business opportunities in the state of Minas Gerais.
- Conduct sales meetings, perform needs assessments, and present customized solutions.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals aligned with the company's strategy.
- Manage the full sales funnel, ensuring the CRM is up to date and organized.
- Act in a consultative manner, building solid, long-term relationships.
- Ensure a positive customer journey from first contact through post-sales.
- Work in partnership with internal departments to enable solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute market insights and identify strategic opportunities for expansion.
Requirements
- Experience in the commercial/sales area, preferably with consultative selling.
- Experience with sales in the insurance segment.
- Experience in active prospecting and client portfolio management.
- Experience with targets and performance indicators.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales funnel management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in the corporate insurance market.
- Knowledge of the Minas Gerais region and an active client portfolio.
- Experience with B2B sales.
