Role Overview
- Administrative tasks (equipment manuals, documentation development, among others)
- Onboarding and relationship management for new clients on the Infraspeak platform
- Provide support to Customer Success colleagues
- Keep learning: continuously acquire new skills and be willing to try new things.
Requirements
- Academic background in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields)
- Strong command of English
- Advanced Excel skills
- Passion for teaching and a positive, problem-oriented attitude
- Energy and enthusiasm for working directly with clients
- Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality
- Availability to travel regularly
- Team player
