Manage external development activities from a business perspective and/or oversee technology transfer activities
Act as lead strategic CMC business partner to internal stakeholders
Lead, coach and develop a small team of CDMO and technology transfer managers
Provide leadership across complex cross-functional matrix structures
Drive organizational effectiveness, team performance and capability development within the External Development Services team
Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and ways of working

A degree in life sciences, engineering, business or a related field
Several years of professional experience in an international (bio-)pharmaceutical environment
Several years of leadership experience in complex matrix organizations
Strong understanding of CMC development, external development services, and/or technology transfer activities
Experience in working with CDMOs and managing external partners in a complex development environment
Strong business partnering skills
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A continuous improvement mindset
