About this role
Role Overview
Process urgent and sometimes complex retirement plan transactions
Gatekeep shared email inboxes as needed
Support team members by following internal processes to request specialized reporting
Learn and execute various tasks within the team during high volume periods
Provide high quality service to internal and external clients
Requirements
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
Relevant experience in a fast-paced customer-centric environment
Confidence and professionalism in interactions with internal and external customers
Ability to multi-task and respond quickly to changing priorities
Exceptional time management skills
Keen attention to detail
Ability to anticipate needs and proactively consider impacts
Understanding of Group Retirements Services, pension legislation, Manulife systems and applications (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (preferred)
Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills (preferred)
