Support the administration and execution of Community Banking, Key4Women and Key4Entrepreneur Programs, including national initiatives and local market activities.
Develop and maintain program tools, templates, trackers, job aids, and other resources to support consistent execution.
Manage SharePoint sites, content pages, and document libraries to keep program materials current, organized, and accessible.
Maintain centralized repositories and coordinate review cycles for program materials, procedures, and resources.
Monitor program activity for alignment with policies, procedures, risk controls, and compliance requirements; identify and escalate issues as needed.
Support procedure development, process documentation, governance routines, and process improvement efforts.
Track milestones and key performance indicators; prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
Support vendor, event, and partner-related administrative processes tied to program delivery.
Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives that advance Community Banking Program priorities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, marketing, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in program coordination, project management, operations, compliance support, business administration, marketing support, or a related function.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and review cycles.
Experience developing and maintaining procedures, process documentation, and resource materials.
Ability to work across cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with business and control partners.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing reports, presentations, and program communications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with experience managing SharePoint content, document libraries, or shared resource repositories.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve process, documentation, content, or compliance gaps.
