Medicare Sales Field Agent

Role Overview

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.
• Create meaningful connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana's presence in the market.

Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License required.
• Must reside in Charlotte County.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members’ homes.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits.
• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License preferred.
• Background in selling Medicare products preferred.
• Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups preferred.
• Background in supporting Value Based Care organizations preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages preferred.
