Bring strategic perspective and hands-on execution to help clients navigate the complexity of integration — and then do the work to solve it.

Develop and execute change management and communications strategies that address the people side of M&A — cultural integration, organizational redesign, and workforce transitions.
Go beyond the plan — understand what's blocking adoption and address it directly.
Develop the consultants around you.
Mentor and manage junior team members, giving direct, actionable feedback and investing meaningfully in their growth.

Requirements
6+ years of client-facing consulting experience, with meaningful exposure to M&A integration engagements, particularly from due diligence through post-close
Proven delivery across the M&A lifecycle — pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, and post-close merger integration
Experience managing complex, cross-functional integration workstreams at large organizations (5,000+ employees)
Solid change management experience — you’ve guided organizations through real transitions driven by M&A, not just documented plans
Experience working in global or multi-geography M&A environments with cross-border integration complexity
A clear, confident communicator — you write well, present credibly, can read a room and are adept at building strong client relationships
