Support bookkeeping activities, including processing invoices, collecting and organizing receipts, managing external service providers, and maintaining accurate financial records
Administer and maintain our HR management system (Personio)
Support founders with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, contract administration, performance management, and personnel documentation
Create, maintain, and continuously improve SOPs, playbooks, and how-to manuals
Support procurement processes, vendor onboarding, and contract administration
Support founders with day-to-day operational and administrative activities
Requirements
Hands-on experience with HR administration and bookkeeping activities
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Proactive problem solver with a hands-on mentality
Ability to commit to a long-term engagement with predictable recurring responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency with common productivity tools such as Google Workspace and Slack
Nice-to-Have: Experience with Personio
