Role Overview
As a BDR you are the face of Solarize and the first, decisive point of contact for our future partners.
You lay the foundation for our sales success and contribute directly to our growth.
You will become an expert in the energy market: identifying trends, analyzing competitors, and uncovering new growth opportunities.
You build a high-quality pipeline: through targeted research and creative outbound strategies, you identify the future market leaders in the energy and real estate sectors.
In initial conversations you understand the challenges of our potential customers, spark their interest, and qualify them for the next step in our sales process.
In close collaboration with the CEO, Marketing, and Account Executives you test new strategies and help us continuously improve our Sales Playbook.
Requirements
Motivation and drive to launch a career in tech sales and embrace a steep learning curve.
Strong communication skills, enjoyment of phone-based outreach, and a professional, confident presence in direct customer interactions.
A willingness to improve every day — both professionally and personally.
A completed degree in (technical) business administration or a comparable field.
Excellent German skills at native level (C2), both written and spoken.
Initial experience in outbound sales (B2B SaaS) or another customer-facing role.
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales tools.
A basic understanding of, or interest in, the energy or real estate industries.
Good English skills.
