About this role
Role Overview
- Lead commercial and operations projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery
- Manage the full project lifecycle from scoping and planning through to execution and review
- Work with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product to ensure successful project delivery
- Identify opportunities where AI tools or workflow automation could improve how we work
- Evaluate tools, understand their capabilities and limitations
- Coordinate and manage relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Analyze workflows and processes, identify gaps, and design solutions that improve commercial outcomes
- Define project requirements, create structured project plans, and oversee implementation
- Manage risks, budgets, and performance, ensuring timely and efficient execution
- Foster cross-functional alignment across all teams
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and champion continuous improvement
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven project management experience
- Understanding of how to work with commercial and sales teams
- AI and automation technologies, but not as an expert
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira and Confluence is helpful
- Fluency in English is required
- Additional languages are a plus
- Experience with BPO or external partner coordination is valuable but not required
