About this role
Role Overview
Manage a payroll portfolio covering multiple collective bargaining agreements
Collect payroll variables from clients, verify them and enter them into the payroll system
Prepare and issue payslips (approximately 500 payslips/month) and prepare final settlement statements
Manage and maintain employee administration files: DPAE (pre-employment declaration), create employee profiles in the payroll software, track leave, sick leave, issue various certificates, and handle benefits/insurance files
Carry out payroll and social contribution adjustments
Perform monthly and annual checks independently in accordance with established procedures and submit the DSN (Nominative Social Declaration)
Requirements
Minimum education: Bac+2 (equivalent to a two-year post-secondary diploma/associate degree)
At least 2–3 years’ experience in a company or in a payroll/accounting firm
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, autonomy, client-focused approach and team spirit
Comfortable with Excel
Interest in IT tools such as HRIS
Proficiency in Silae is essential
English language skills are a plus
