Process biweekly payroll accurately and on schedule using UKG.
Review payroll data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
Audit payroll reports and identify discrepancies, imbalances, and variances prior to payroll submission.
Investigate payroll exceptions and work with Human Resources, managers, and employees to resolve issues.
Maintain payroll records and ensure employee pay, deductions, taxes, and other payroll-related transactions are processed correctly.
Reconcile payroll reports and support payroll balancing activities.
Assist with payroll compliance activities, including tax reporting and regulatory requirements.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a professional and timely manner.
Support payroll process improvements and documentation efforts.
Assist with internal and external audits as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience.
3-4 years of hands-on experience utilizing UKG payroll systems.
Experience processing payroll for a large organization with 3,000 or more employees.
Strong payroll auditing and reconciliation experience with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Knowledge of payroll laws, wage and hour requirements, tax withholding, and payroll best practices.
Advanced attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict payroll deadlines.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred.
