Role Overview
- Act as a subject-matter expert in your area
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients
- Lead and supervise a team of staff in carrying out their assignments
- Prepare engagement proposals and engagement letters
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Identify business opportunities and respond to tenders and RFPs
- Contribute to the department’s strategy for deploying new tools and services
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent (e.g., DSCG, Master CCA)
- 6 years' experience in accounting practice within a firm
- Strong interpersonal skills for team management and client relationship management
- Solid foundation in taxation
- Appetite for challenge and ability to adapt
- Proficiency in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and accounting and reporting tools
