Product Manager, FPRS Initiatives

Role Overview

• Responsible for advancing the product roadmap
• Organizing and tracking initiatives
• Ensuring accountability for resolving dependencies and risks
• Integrating usability research to support customer-driven design
• Supporting end-to-end product development
• Monitoring product performance and alignment by tracking product-level OKRs
• Collaborating with business leaders, change management and cross-functional teams
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis
• Managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management or a related field
• Proven experience in defining and driving product roadmaps
• Integrating customer research
• Ensuring compliance with data/AI standards
• Strong knowledge of product journey mapping
• Business process improvement
• OKR management
