Ensure the building's good condition and safety: Perform general building maintenance work across trades (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Plan and monitor maintenance operations (securing the perimeter, etc.)
Manage emergencies: In case of emergency such as a water leak, power outage or major equipment failure, be responsible for rapid intervention to resolve the issue and minimize operational interruptions to the building
Coordinate interventions by external contractors
Prepare and justify planned minor maintenance works
Raise alerts as needed
Manage maintenance stock and supplies
Ensure equipment is in good condition and safe: Perform maintenance on equipment (excluding medical equipment under maintenance contract)
Diagnose faults on non-medical installations
Plan and monitor medical and non-medical maintenance operations
Ensure the smooth running of seasonal tasks: Prepare and set up events at the CHEV UniLaSalle site and in the teaching area (conferences, events)
