Role Overview
- Ability to perform within a constantly changing environment; each day brings its own challenges and work to perform
- Repair of properties that have suffered water or fire damage
- Removal of damaged material
- Placement and use of drying equipment when needed
- Develop an understanding of water loss procedures
- Provide consistent and seamless communication to coworkers and clients
- Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite
Requirements
- Experience in water mitigation is a plus
- IICRC Water Damage Restoration is a plus
- Experience in commercial and residential restoration is a plus
- Experience using small to medium power tools to remove building materials
- Access to reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be physically able to lift 50lbs
- Available for occasional on call shifts
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods in semi-confined spaces
- A willingness to work in potentially hot, cold, or wet environments
- The upmost respect of the safety of self and others
