You'll be the focal point for your own portfolio of clients, understanding their requirements and working with our in-country payroll partners to ensure that the client receives the right outcome, every time.
You’ll also be end to end processing Singapore and Hong Kong payrolls independently for a range of clients.
This is a fast-paced coordination and payroll role, working with clients and partners across multiple countries, troubleshooting problems where they arise and making sure we maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect from us.
Working closely with our in-country partners, you’ll be maintaining great relationships and processes to ensure that client payrolls are delivered on time and accurately
You’ll also be end to end processing Singapore and Hong Kong payrolls
You’ll be coordinating and controlling data flows and exchanges, as per the agreed payroll calendar, setting up new clients and being the focal point for any queries
Ensuring systems and tools are up-to-date and accurate, you’ll be preparing payroll calendars, checklists and data sheets, and ensuring we have the most up-to-date information
You’ll coordinate and host client calls to ensure that our service delivery is on track and that we are able to identify any opportunities for improvements
You’ll also prepare monthly governance reports by client and by country, ensuring that all monthly paperwork is completed accurately and on time
Requirements
Experience in Singapore and Hong Kong payroll delivery preferred
Passion for numbers with some experience in either a payroll position, or from another financial background
As this role will interact with clients and partners across the APAC region, having additional language skills would be really advantageous but is not a requirement
An unusually high attention to detail and a persistent problem solver

Really good with systems, data bases and software packages
Naturally good communication skills, and great builder of relationships
