Role Overview
Lead culture, capability and workforce growth at Wellways by shaping leadership, employee experience and early career pathways that make a difference.
Play a key role in building a future ready workforce by partnering with leaders to strengthen capability, team culture and performance through coaching, development initiatives and practical tools.
Lead the implementation of Peakon (staff survey instrument and function within Workday system) and support organisation readiness as surveys are conducted.
Support the implementation and launch of Wellways capability framework.
Lead our 2026 performance reviews and objective setting activity.
Support the facilitation and delivery of Wellways internal leadership development program.
Conduct team culture workshops for new and establishing teams.
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development or Human Resource Management and/or equivalent experience in a related field
Current valid Driver’s License and the ability to undertake travel for the role
Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check
