About this role

Management of Salesforce (SFDC) opportunities from Pipeline to Close.
Assisting in preparing templates for Statements of Work and initial Contract submissions.
Coordination of Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform.
Attend pipeline calls/ team meetings with internal clients as requested and perform Salesforce and PSA updates post-call.
Cross functional Team coordination to ensure smooth processing of opportunities.
Continuous, pro-active coordination with internal client contacts and business personnel.
Maintain the team’s document repository.

Bachelor's Degree
2-3 years of experience in sales support and customer service
Finance/Sales Operations/Customer Relationship Management background is preferred
Strong Excel knowledge
Preferrable with experience of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
SAP and SFDC or any other CRM system knowledge is a benefit
Strong team player and accepts coaching opportunities positively
Flexibility and willingness to join a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
