Serve as primary technology advisor to VP’s and C-suite executives on all sales and marketing technology decisions.
Lead and mentor a team of 6-8 technical professionals, including Salesforce administrators, data analysts, and marketing operations specialists.
Drive agile project management methodologies to deliver technology solutions faster than industry benchmarks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or other relevant certifications.
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with multiple certifications including Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and at least one specialist certification (Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Platform App Builder).
Experience with Salesforce CPQ implementations and Revenue Cloud implementations.
Background in fast-growing SaaS or technology companies with complex sales cycles.
Experience with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance frameworks.
