Role Overview

• Recruit top talent for our retail store.
• Train team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and store operations
• Motivate and develop staff through coaching, feedback, and regular performance assessments
• Foster a safe, positive, and collaborative work environment
• Uphold company policies and standards
• Analyze and optimize store performance to maximize profitability
• Identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable feedback
• Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and employees.
• Deliver exceptional and consistent customer service
• Build local brand awareness through community outreach initiatives
• Collaborate on the planning and execution in-store and off-site events

Requirements

• Genuine passion for culinary products and experiences
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant retail experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years of retail sales management experience
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills
• Professional, adaptable, and collaborative approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 35 lbs. or more
• Comfortable using a ladder
