Lead the Space Management team (3 direct reports), focusing on team development and performance monitoring;
Direct analyses and decisions on allocation and optimization of commercial space;
Develop and maintain analytical models for space performance;
Translate technical analyses into clear guidance for the product team and stakeholders; act as the focal point with areas such as product, leadership, and strategic teams;
Analyze sales per square meter metrics;
Evaluate scenarios for shelf/space optimization;
Make decisions that balance data, operational feasibility, and business impact;
Oversee deliverables, priorities, and the team’s day-to-day activities;
Combine deep analytical capability with strong influencing skills.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (completed);
Strategic mindset with a leadership posture;
Prior experience in space optimization (retail, supermarkets, consumer goods, or trade marketing);
Solid analytical background and real understanding of data modeling;
Ability to communicate with business areas and experience in complex/multifunctional environments;
Advantage: Experience in management or strategy consulting;
Availability: Hybrid work model (approximately 3 days on-site) at the headquarters, Butantã region, São Paulo/SP.
