About this role
Role Overview
- Analyze the impacts of the Tax Reform (CBS/IBS) on commercial operations (pricing, margin and competitiveness)
- Serve as the focal point between Tax, Commercial, Pricing, Finance and IT departments
- Prepare tax studies, simulations and scenarios by product, channel and region
- Support commercial strategic decisions considering the new tax framework
- Interpret legislation, regulations and normative guidance related to the Tax Reform
- Identify tax risks and propose operational alternatives
- Support registration review projects (NCM, CST, CCLASSTRIB, NBS)
- Participate in building assisted tax calculation models and system parameterization
- Support the definition of commercial policies from a tax perspective
- Prepare executive materials for the Board and Committees
- Work together with external consulting firms
Requirements
- Completed higher education (university degree) required
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
- Solid experience in indirect taxes (ICMS, PIS/COFINS)
- Knowledge of the Consumption Tax Reform (CBS/IBS)
- Experience with tax impacts on commercial operations and price formation
- Advanced Excel (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Power BI or analytical tools is desirable
- Familiarity with tax systems (SAP, Mastersaf, Thomson Reuters or similar)
