Create and deliver tactical commercial plans for On-Island product portfolios, in partnership with sales, marketing and product teams, to achieve revenue, margin and customer base targets
Maximise Customer Lifecycle Value (CLV) through effective in-life product and pricing management, ensuring propositions, bundling and commercial terms deliver sustainable and predictable profitability across business segments
Own and evolve the commercial data and analytics capability (e.g. BI tools, reporting frameworks, data models), improving data quality, accessibility and governance to enable more effective decision-making
Own budgeting, forecasting and in-year performance management across portfolios, ensuring clear visibility of performance drivers and proactive management of risks and opportunities
Drive improvements in commercial systems, reporting processes and analytical methodologies to modernise and streamline ways of working
Partner with senior stakeholders to shape decisions through clear, evidence-based insight, simplifying complex data into compelling narratives for different audiences
Develop a deep understanding of the JT addressable market and key drivers of financial performance across portfolios, contributing to budgeting, financial consolidation and ongoing monthly performance review processes
Lead and support a team of Commercial Analysts, working together to deliver high-quality insight and outcomes, while maintaining a collaborative and effective team environment
Ensure consistent measurement of initiatives, tracking performance against targets and embedding accountability for benefits realisation across the business
Requirements
Strong commercial and analytical expertise, with experience translating complex data into clear business insight and recommendations
Advanced data capability, including experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI), data modelling and working across multiple data sources to generate insight
Experience working with or managing analytical teams, with an interest in supporting development and enabling people to do their best work
Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity, solving complex problems and shaping direction in evolving or unclear environments
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and align across teams and senior leaders
Experience in financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis, with a strong understanding of commercial drivers (revenue, margin, CLV)
Ability to improve processes, systems and ways of working, with a focus on efficiency, scalability and data integrity
Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex technical or analytical concepts into clear, compelling messages
Strong organisational awareness, understanding how insight connects to wider business strategy and outcomes
