- Steer litigation cases with autonomy
- Draft, review, and manage critical case documents and proceedings
- Deliver exceptional client service in mediations, discoveries, and court
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
- Ability to strategize and understand the legal process
Requirements
- LL.B. or J.D. from a recognized institution
- A member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- At least 4 years of litigation experience in labour, employment, human rights, and corporate commercial litigation
- Strong verbal and written English; French is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team remotely
