About this role
Role Overview
Team management;
Coordinate training, development and corporate education programs, ensuring alignment with business and team needs;
New hire onboarding program;
Management of the LMS (e-learning platform) and other e-learning tools;
Lead initiatives on organizational climate, engagement and culture, monitoring indicators, surveys and action plans;
Manage the performance evaluation cycle, ensuring methodology, deadlines, communication and support for leaders;
Support Talent and Succession Management;
Leadership development programs;
Support managers in developing leadership competencies, providing feedback and managing teams;
Development programs with a focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I);
Analysis and management of area metrics;
Monitor area indicators and propose improvements to processes, programs and Organizational Human Development practices;
Work collaboratively with internal areas, strengthening the people strategy and employee experience.
Management of the area budget.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy or Human Resources;
Preferred: Postgraduate degree in People Management, Organizational Development, Corporate Education, Organizational Psychology or related areas;
Experience in Organizational Human Development, Training and Development, Culture and Engagement or Performance Management;
Experience in leadership roles;
Experience leading corporate projects and interfacing with leadership;
Experience with metrics, management reports and vendor management.
Strong communication skills, innovative mindset, analytical ability, project management, planning skills and systemic vision.
Technical knowledge:
Corporate education and learning methodologies;
Climate surveys and engagement strategies;
Organizational culture and change management;
Performance evaluation and leadership development;
HR metrics and data analysis;
Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Preferred: Knowledge of LMS tools, survey platforms and performance evaluation systems.
