Oversee end-to-end supply chain functions: demand planning, sourcing & procurement, materials & inventory management, logistics & distribution
Mentor and coach leaders on continuous improvement tools and methodologies

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred
Minimum 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in operations and supply chain roles
Proven track record driving enterprise-level transformation and measurable improvements in operational performance
Strong analytical skills, data fluency, and experience leveraging performance metrics to drive decisions
Deep knowledge of Lean/Kaizen methodologies, structured problem-solving, and enterprise business systems
