Build and format emails and SMS campaigns inside Klaviyo using provided creative assets, copy, and brand guidelines, and configure and deploy automated flows with triggers, splits, filters, delays, and conditional logic.
QA all campaigns and flows for accuracy before deployment, testing mobile and desktop rendering across devices and inboxes, and ensuring links, tracking, personalization, and dynamic content function properly.
Configure dynamic content blocks, product feeds, and personalized content, while building, maintaining, and troubleshooting audience segments and lists.
Schedule and deploy campaigns and flows accurately and on time, implementing hide/show logic and conditional content within emails as needed.
Collaborate closely with Lifecycle Marketing Strategists and Specialists to execute campaigns and automations across multiple ecommerce client accounts.
Maintain clear organization and documentation across multiple accounts and deliverables.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience working in Klaviyo, including experience supporting ecommerce and DTC brands.
Experience building both campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, Attentive, or other ESPs, including SMS marketing execution.
Deep understanding of Klaviyo flow logic and automation structure, including conditional splits, trigger filters, dynamic product feeds, segmentation, hide/show logic, and dynamic variables and personalization.
Strong knowledge of email rendering best practices and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email and experience with Shopify integrations are strong pluses.
Strong English communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
